Legalization of documents

Public documents issued in Canada which are to be used in Estonia must be legalized by the Embassy of Estonia in Ottawa, Canada. Please note that since January 1, 2004, Estonian Honorary Consulates in Toronto and Vancouver cannot legalize documents. Prior to and as a pre-condition for legalization, the documents must be authenticated first by appropriate Canadian authority.
